Pro Agency is the all-in tier for teams and professionals managing multiple sites or client work. It includes everything in Plus, plus white-labeling so your brand replaces FotoGrids in the dashboard; per-gallery team permissions; client proofing without login; a full activity log and audit trail; internal team notes; secure expirable share links; revision history with one-click restore; bulk gallery and album operations across sites; and multisite gallery management with extensive analytics. If you run a studio, an agency, or a portfolio of more than a handful of sites, Pro Agency is built for you.
Can I upgrade or change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade your plan at any time and only pay the prorated difference.
You can also switch between annual and monthly billing – note that the change takes effect at your next renewal, since switching to monthly mid-cycle on an active annual plan isn’t supported.
Do I get all future updates and new features?
Yes. As FotoGrids adds new features, they become available within your subscription automatically – so your plan keeps improving over time. While your license is active, you always have access to the latest updates, new features, and security patches at no extra cost.
How many sites can I use one license on?
Pro Starter covers 1 site, Pro Plus up to 5 sites, and Pro Agency up to 25 sites.

What happens when my license expires?
Your existing galleries keep working exactly as they are – nothing disappears and nothing breaks for your visitors. Pro features, however, will be locked for further editing until you renew: you won’t be able to make Pro-level changes or set up new Pro features until your license is active again. You’ll also stop receiving updates and Pro support during that window. We’ll send a reminder before renewal so nothing catches you off guard.
Do you offer a money-back guarantee?
If during the first 14 days after purchase you experience an issue that makes FotoGrids unusable for you and our support team is unable to resolve it, we’ll happily consider offering a full refund of your money.
