What's the cookie duration?
30 days. If someone clicks your referral link and purchases FotoGrids any time in the next 30 days, you get the commission – even if they leave the site and come back later.
Are commissions recurring on renewals?
Yes. You earn 30% on the first sale and 30% on every annual or monthly renewal, for as long as the customer remains a FotoGrids Pro subscriber and your affiliate account is active.
Can I refer myself or my own business?
No. Self-referrals (and referrals to accounts you control) aren’t eligible.
That said, we do offer non-profit, student, and teacher discounts – just contact our team if you qualify.
Can I bid on "FotoGrids" branded keywords?
No. Affiliates may not run paid search ads on FotoGrids brand terms or close variants. You’re welcome to promote on your own domain, social channels, newsletters, and through ads on non-brand keywords.
What happens if a customer requests a refund?
Commissions are confirmed once the 14-day refund window has passed. Refunded sales are deducted from your pending balance – but since we only refund unresolved issues, this is rare.
Do you offer custom rates for high-volume affiliates?
