How this demo is built?

Sora Sushi — The Menu

A 22-plate sushi menu photographed dish by dish – nigiri rings, maki boards, salmon close-ups, the details a written menu leaves out. The gallery shows one plate at a time, picked at random on every page load, so the same page greets a returning visitor with something new. Good for restaurants, menus and any page that should stay fresh without being rebuilt.
